About us

This ministry was specifically birthed to support women as they transition through life and face unforeseen circumstances.

We have a saying that: “Life Happens, God Knows, God Upholds.”

Life happens to all of us, the just and the unjust, whether we are prepared for it or not.  We often need support that we never thought we would need.  As we find ourselves going from High School to College, from College to Work Life, to being employed to being unemployed, from being healthy to receiving an unhealthy diagnosis, to being Single to Married, to new moms, and unfortunately, sometimes divorced, becoming a single parent, to becoming a blended family, caring for our elderly parents, and even raising or helping to raise our grandchildren, and walking through the empty nest phase of life.  Regardless of what stage of life you are in, or what circumstances you face, God has given Ellen Martin Ministries a mission to support you. Our mission statement is:

“Strengthening Faith, supporting needs, demonstrating the heart of God.”

We endeavor to strengthen your faith through supporting you in prayer, encouraging and exhorting you via our monthly Newsletter and bringing forth the Word of God in meetings various times of the year.  We are also here as a benevolence ministry to support individual unforeseen living needs, as well as community organizational needs directed toward the care of women and children as the ministry is financially positioned to do so.  As we do these two fundamental acts of love, we will be demonstrating the heart of God.
